Meet the founders
Eksodus Parulian Munthe
Graduating from culinary school in 1992, Eksodus furthered his studies in hospitality in North America. There he continued to stay, working in both the restaurant and catering industry to hone his craft. Returning to Indonesia in 2015, he has since worked in Large Industrial and Remote Site catering. Managing clients of differing sizes with specific requirements Ekso is well versed in the local catering industry, and his wealth of experience is sure to assist our clients with all their requirements, delivering with unparalleled standards and commitment.

Angga Saragih
Having been trained classically in France, Angga continued to hone his craft and experience in the Restaurant Industry in some of the world’s best kitchens in Europe. With experiences in Osteria Francescana in Modena, and Mason Trois Gros in Lyon. Having also worked in the banquet team in Paris at the Ritz Hotel gave him a memorable experience of serving large number of groups at the same time. It is this experience that pushed him to move into Catering Services upon returning to Indonesia. With a big passion for delivering quality and nutritious meals whilst sourcing the best readily available ingredients, Angga is ready to meet your utmost requirements.
